WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTATION. . .
Our consultations are usually around 1 - 1.5 hours. This allows us time to meet you and walk through your space to gain insight into your style. We will discuss all things function, style, likes and dislikes, and explore your inspiration images. If you are happy to move onto the next stage of the design, a measure-up will be conducted on-site.

Initial Design Consultation Fee starts from $220 inc. GST

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTATION. . .
THE DESIGN PROCESS. . . After our initial consultation, and if you are happy to proceed to the design stage, the conceptual stage begins. This will include, concept boards, sketches, spatial planning and sample selections.
Once a concept design is finalised between meetings and emails, the detail drawings are completed. This stage of the design process will include schematic designs, finishes and fixture selection and set out, layout and design, furniture selections, your Lighting plan, and any custom cabinetry, and window coverings.

The final design stage is the Developed Design Presentation, where you will receive your finalised Developed Design Drawings including 3D Perspectives, Detail Drawings, and Design Schedule. Construction and Installation follows.

An accurate Design fee is determined following the Initial Design Consultation and is a set fee. This fee does not include design items and trade fees. All works can be managed from brief to installation, with recommended local builders and trades.
THE DESIGN PROCESS. . .
DECORATING SERVICE. . . Decorating services can be utilised for projects requiring decorative elements only. Decorative items include but are not limited to, soft furnishing schemes, artwork sourcing and installation, finishes and fixtures, and styling. All items are sourced from quality local and national suppliers, with trade discounts where possible. We have access to a vast range of the most unique products in the field.

Decorating Fees for this service are provided after your Initial Design Consultation and packages start at $500.00 Inclu GST
DECORATING SERVICE. . .

E-Design

THE OLIVE TREE INTERIORS E-Design service is an alternate way for you to use our Interior Decorating services. This process is completed online. Its a fresh and fun service, that requires no travel, it is time-friendly and it will save you money in your budget. Simply by filling out a questionnaire, attaching photos and measurements of the space you require the styling for, which we will produce concept boards, space planning, and shopping lists for product purchases.

Property Stylist

THE OLIVE TREE INTERIORS is highly regarded for our refined styling projects in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. We work directly with a number of realestate agents, to prepare properties in readiness for sale. We also work with home owners/renovators, builders and property developers, to take their property to the next level. Ensuring the best outcome come sale time, we do our research, to understand the architectural style of the property and the target market. We then select from high quality furniture and styling pieces, to achieve a produce a stylish, attractive space that is complete and ready for sale.

Colour Consultant

Getting inspired to update your colour scheme? The direction, support and creative insight of THE OLIVE TREE INTERIORS will go a long way. Colour selection is not an easy feite . We can simply pull colours from images or explore the multitude of theoretical, emotional and psychological aspects of colour selection. We work closely with a number of quality paint producers, including speciality paint companies.
